Estate of Elijah Barker

James M. Williams says to the best of his knowledge and belief the heirs of the said Elijah Barker, deceased, and their place of residence are as follows:  Mary Jane Barker and Josephine Barker and Elizabeth Barker who all reside in Barry County and the State of Missouri and the said Elijah Barker died with out a will. That he will make a perfect inventory and faithfully administer all the estate of the deceased and pay all debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct and account for and pay all assets which shall come to his possession or knowledge.
