State of Arkansas} County of Carroll} I, Spencer Gillum of Barry County, Missouri, 16 November 1869. 1) to wife, Anna Gillum, 25 acres of land, the upper end of my track lying where the house now stands through her life, then to be put to use by my two daughters Martha Elizabeth Boyd and Rebecka Louisa Gillum. also to my wife one mare, four head of stock cattle, seven head of sheep, twenty head of hogs, one wagon, one rifle gun and all corn raised on the place this year. 2) To daughters Martha Elizabeth Boyd and Rebecka Louisa Gillum the remaining 65 acres more or less to be sold immediately after my death. Description of land: Lot # 1,2,3 SW qtr of Sec 14, T 21, R 25 containing 90 35/100 acres more or less. 3) All remaining at time of wife’s death to Rebecka Gillum. 4) To Son, William Briso Gillum, the sum of Three dollars lawful money. 5) Appoint David T Ferguson as executor.
