Estate Alfred S. Harbin, deceased:  T. E. Mason & Letters Granted to W. H. Blanton

State of Missouri } SS

County of Barry }  To All persons to morn these presents Shall Come - Greetings- Know ye that A. S. Harbin Late of the County of Barry and State of Missouri died Intestate as it is said Having at the time of his death property in this State Which may be lost destroyed or diminished in value if speedy care be not taken of the same to the end therefore that the said  property may be collected preserved and disposed of according to law. 

We do thereby appoint Wm H Blanton Administrator of all and singular the goods  and chattel Rights and credits which were of the said A S Harbin at the time of his death with full power and authority to secure and dispose of said property according to law and collect all moneys due said deceased and in general to be and perform all other acts and things which are or hereafter may be required of heirs by law for testimony whereof I, G W House, Judge of the Probate Court in and for the County of Barry have hereto signed my name and affix the seal of said county at office this 23rd day of November A D 1867.

Mr. T. E. Mason and W. H. Blanton as principal and J. Smith, Isaac Peevey and J. Durham as securities and held and bound to the State of Missouri in the sum of four thousand dollars for the payment of which will bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators the condition of the above bond is that of  the said T E Mason and W H Blanton Administrators of the estate of Alfred S Harbin decd.  Shall faithfully administer said estate account for pay and deliver all money and property of said estate and perform all other things touching said administration required by law as the order or decree of any count having jurisdiction there the above bond to be void otherwise to remain in full force and effect. 

In witness whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names and affixed our seals.
