Estate of Isaac Lee, deceased - letters granted Sept 5th, 1866

Bond of H. S. Montgomery administrator  

We H. S. Montgomery as principal and Henry McCary and William C. Johnson as securities all of the county of Barry and state of Missouri are held and firmly bound unto the state of MO in the sum of five thousand dollars for the payment of which we bind ourselves our executors and administrator the condition of the above obligation is that if H. S. Montgomery admin of the estate of Isaac Lee deceased shall faithfully administer said estate account for pay and deliver over all money and property of said estate and perform all other things touching said administration required by law or the order or decree of any court having jurisdiction then the above obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force.

In testimony whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names and affixed our seals this Sept 6th 1866.
