Cassville Republican, Thursday, May 5, 1892 Charles Lessenger of this place was arrested last Tuesday by Constable Lauderdale, charged with breaking into a freight car loaded with household goods an stealing some articles of a trifling value. He was taken before Squire Tandy and his preliminary hearing will be held next Monday. The crime with which he is charged was committed on, or about the 16th inst., and the goods belonged to J. B. W.
