W. F. Keithley of Monett, has been arrest on a charge of fraudulently drawing a pension. At the time of the Civil War Keithley is said to have been a boy 11 years old. He had a cousin by the same name that had been enlisted twice in the army, and this Kithley obtained the necessary papers in some way, that enable him to draw this pension. He was indicted by the last U. S. Grand jury.
