William Lee Carden, 86, of Stella, Mo., died Monday night in a Stella hospital.

He was born Dec. 17, 1877 at Pea Ridge, and had resided there most of his life, moving to Stella 11 years ago. He was a retired farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Stella L. Carden of Stella; a son of Springdale; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, June 24, at the Sisco Funeral Chapel at Pea Ridge with the Rev. Arthur Hart officiating. Burial was at Twelve Corners Cemetery under firection of Sisco Funeral Home.
