Not long ago I took up a collection from citizens of Wheaton amounting to $20 to bury James Layton. We have collected that amount from the county. I will hold money one week and anyone wanting their money back can call on me and I will refund it. If at the end of ten days no one has called I will give the $20 to Mrs. Cisney.
