Seligman News: Dr. H. K. Legg of Garfield, Ark., formerly of this place died Saturday night at his home in Garfield. Mr. Legg is Mrs. Foster's father. Mr. Legg was a good citizen and well liked by all and will be greatly missed by the people for he was always an active man and of much benefit to the community in which he lived.
