Azalee Wooten Levy, 71, of Warrenton, formerly of Exeter, died December 4 at St. Joseph West Hospital in Lake St. Louis. Mrs. Levy was born April 15, 1934, in Exeter, the daughter of James and Jewell (Lauderdale) Wooten. She was a retired beautician and a member of the Assembly of God in Montgomery City.
Survivors include four brothers, five sisters, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, James Wooten and Carroll Wooten. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, December 9, at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Exeter. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. tomorrow, December 8, at the funeral home. |
