Abstract - Lucy May

Lucy Gladys May, 89, of Monett, died at 1:05 a.m. today, May 3, at Lacoba Nursing Home in Monett.

Mrs. May was born October 13, 1911, in Eagle Rock, the daughter of C. K. and Nora Belle Haddock Tucker. She was a homemaker.

She married Orbin May on December 10, 1933, in Exeter, and he preceded her in death December 28, 1982.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Nora Etter in 1961.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, May 5, at Monett IOOF Cemetery under the direction of Buchanan Funeral home of Monett.

Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
