Barry County then you can submit the information here.
2. The note area can be used to add things that might not be
written on documents.

unknown - simply use unknown in the blank.
4. Use standard English and standard abbreviations.
Old documents will have the old version of the state abbreviations because of
the time period that they were filed. Please use the modern day usage, because
we are going to chart these on web pages. See examples below for more information.
