Estate of Wm. H. Stevens dec'd will probated; E. W. Stevens appointed Executor and bond filed and approved.

Estate of Susan Bandy, dec'd, ordered by the court that all acts and orders of the clerk in vacation, ordering said estate in to the hands of J. F. Pilant, Public Administrator, be approved, bond of J. F. Pilant, approved.

Estate of Isaac King, dec'd clerks refused to grant letters of Administration approved.

Estate of Robert Long, dec'd proof of will established; F. R. Dummit was appointed administrator; his bond filed and approved.

Estate of Thos. Avis dec'd; proof of will established; John Elkins as executor, gave bond, approved.

Estate of J. J. Pendergraft dec'd the refusal of the clerk to issue letters in this estate, was approved.
