Anderson - Howard

To the surprise of their many friends and relatives Oliver Anderson and Miss Orba Howard, both of Minden, Lawrence Co., announced their marriage Tuesday, Dec. 24, which occurred Wednesday, Dec. 18. They accompanied by Roger Matthew and Miss Adah Longley, drove to the home of Rev. Wainright where the ceremony was solemnized.

The announcement of the marriage was made at the home of the bride's parents in the presence of their many friends who had gathered to spend the day.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Howard and is admired by a host of friends of her community. Mr. Anderson is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. August Anderson and is a prosperous young farmer. He is well known and respected by his acquaintances.
