Mystery Lady

In a recent e-mail Frances stated that she saw that this same photo was posted in the Exeter book - The First One Hundred Years in Exeter. 

Frances stated that the text reads that this lady was a relative of Roy Thompson's. Frances has the original photo and would like to hear from anyone who might know her name.
