Banks Family

Lot Banks was born Feb. 18, 1821 in Warren Co., TN and he died Aug 19, 1896 in Benton Co., AR and was buried in McDonald Co., MO in Dent Cemetery.

He was a son of John and Jemima (Board) Banks of the Rowan Co., NC, Coffee and Warren Co., TN areas.

Elizabeth Ann Woodard, daughter of George Washington and his first wife Cecila (Jenkins) Woodard, was born in Rappahannock Co., VA.

She was called "Bets" Ann by family members.

She was born March 28, 1838 and died April 21, 1886.  She is buried Dent Cemetery.

The Woodard family lived in the Mayflower Community of Ash Township in Barry County when they first came to Missouri.
