Oak Ridge News: Riley Brown has possibly the best equipped molasses factory in the county. It is all under shed, coal oil engine to grind the cane, a concrete tank and evaporator. His engine and mill could keep two 14 foot evaporators at work. This mill is in Hungry Hollow. He has some fine molasses.  Oct. 7, 1915, Cassville Republican
