James Eagleson and wife Sarah Andrews moved from Allegheny County, PA to Illinois, then to Roaring River Township, Barry County, MO, between 1870 and 1880.

There is a land patent on file for James Eagleson:  3/13/1895 - Land Patent issued Section 6 T21-N R25-W 5th PM Barry County, MO

 James' wife, Sarah (Andrews) Eagleson died in 1889 and was buried at Viney Cemetery. They had four children.

 
Geraldine (listed as Jereldine on the 1880 census) b. 1869 in PA and d. 1895 Barry County, MO

She married F. S. Ethridge in Barry County.
