John Peter Thomas Skelton and family.

John was a son of Reuben & Nancy (Cornelison) Skelton.  He was born March 25, 1870 Barry Co., died October 14, 1940, in Centralia, Lewis Co., Washington. His wife, Mary Edna Murray, was a daughter of William E. and Malinda (Hunt) Murray. She was born Oct. 23, 1871, Seligman, Barry Co., MO, and died Jan. 23, 1925, in Centralia, Lewis Co., Washington.

Their daughter was Myrtle Armilla Skelton, born Mar. 6, 1889, Seligman, Barry Co., MO, married Luther Enoch Pendergraft. And their son was Otis Norman, Skelton born Dec. 5, 1893, Seligman, Barry County, married Mary Gilmer Goins. Both are pictured above.

Judy said that she's guessing the date to be about 1897 based on size of children.
