Frank was born Nov 9, 1905 in Barry County, MO, and was a son of Rev. George Rittenhour & Rose Marada (Tucker) Haddock. He died Nov 14, 1983 in Maysville, Benton County, AR. He married in Jay, OK, to Eunice Wyeana Bougher, Nov 7, 1925.
