Lanny's grandmother married in Cassville, to Exeter resident, Garland Johnson (his grandfather).

Garland Johnson was the son of Thomas Green and Cynthis Elizabeth (Eurbanks) Johnson, both of whom are buried in the main cemetery at Exeter - Maplewood, but were from Drakes Creek, Arkansas.

In the photo: Nellie Johnson, nee Anderson, was married in Exeter (or Cassville) to Garland S. Johnson in 1905 and lived in Exeter until the mid thirties, when they moved to Neosho.
