Victor School is located in Township 21N, Range 26W, Section 11. In the 1909 Plat Map page 25, land on either side was owned by Edward Easley, E. Shaffer and Missouri Land Co of Scotland.

Charley and Bessie Williams parents were William and Julia Easley Williams

Homer, Wes and Dona Shrum’s parents were: William and Mary Robbins Shrum

Oliver Skelton’s parents were William and Sarah Shaffer Skelton

Mollie and Floid Easley’s parents were Edward and Mary Elizabeth Russell Easley

Annie and Iva Smith’s parents were George and Sarah Towler Smith

Ida and Lilie Garner’s parents were Joseph Marion and Martha Melvina Henrietta Ernst Garner

Rosetta, Kate (Kathyrn), Ben, Orson, and Grace Kelley’s parents were Christopher Greenup and Violet Elvira Pringle Weaver Kelley

Sigle and Pearlee Towler’s parents were Elisha and Nancy Towler.

The photo of the 1901 Victor school - the mother of Annie and Ivy Smith is listed as Sarah Towler. Her name was Sarah Fowler. She was the daughter of John and Nancy Fowler living in White River Twp Barry co in the 1870 census. The family was living in Wapello Co., IA during the 1860 census. Hope this helps.
