Query: I am searching for more information on Maggie/Margaret Fry, daughter of Hammond Fry and Lucinda Elizabeth Thomas. She was born 18 Dec 1883. Her mother later remarried a Henry Donley. In the obituary for her mother it stated that Miss Maggie was at the family home in Monett, MO. I assume Maggie never married since I have found her listed as a Fry. I haven't found her in the 1910 or 1920 census. I have been told she died in 1938, but I haven't found a death certificate for her in Missouri. Any help would be appreciated. Grace

Mary Jane & Lydia Cardwell were orphaned young, Lydia is living in the Kelly household 1870 Barry Census. The sisters parents were: Mr. Cardwell & Polly Mahurin (of Benton Co AR) Mary Jane md John Dallas Babb c1888 Barry Co - lived/d in Newton Co MO. Believe they had at least 1 female. Lydia (b1857) md1 Mr Beshears c1873. He was a Butterfield stage driver/killed in a accident c1876. 2 Ch: Robert (or Joe), & Lorena Belle Beshears. Lorena was b 1875 Ft Smith AR. Lydia md2 Robert Smith. 4 known children: Lulu, Ora, Cleveland, Lila Jane (b1885 Barry Co MO. d young). Lydia, Ora, Lulu, Cleveland are on the 1900 census Ft Smith AR. My great grandmother Lorena Beshears used the Smith surname, she married Thomas Walker of Newton Co MO c1895, both d in Newton Co MO. My female mtDNA is: Polly Mahurin, Lydia Cardwell, Lorena Beshears, Vesta Walker, my mom Christine Green - me. Any help appreciated. Connie
