I am doing research on my family and would be interested on information on Anderson HICKS who was born in Fayette county, Ill. on 21 August 1831 who married Eliza Ann MASSEY who was born on 18 July 1839. The marriage took place in Barton county Mo. o 26 March 1857 and was officiated by Richard Hicks J.P.Their children: Richard E. Hicks b 31 Dec 1857 Mahana A Hicks b 24 JUL 1860 Daniel J. Seeking information on Joshua WAGGONER (b. TN 1813, d. MO after 1880 Census) He lived near Horse Creek in Newton Twp. Joshua Waggoner was probably the son of Daniel Waggoner and a brother of William and Daniel Waggoner.He married twice and had children by both marriages. I descend from first marriage, specifically daughter Hollan/Holland, who was born 1837. Hollan married Charley MUNDELL prior to 1860. Thank you.

Seeking information on the BLURTON, LOVELL, & POOL families of Barton County, MO. William BLURTON married Lucy Ann POOL. This family was living in Barton County in 1880. They also lived in Crawford County, Kansas for awhile. Children include Annie, George, Nelly, Bryant and Elizabeth. Frances M LOVELL married ' Sarah HALL. They wre living in Barton County (LeRoy twp) in 1880. Both were still living in the 1911 census. Children of Frances M and Sarah LOVELL include: Linnie, Ida E, Lillie M, and Walter. Lillie M LOVELL married George BLURTON in the 1890s in Lamar, Barton County, MO. They had Marion William BLURTON and Melvin Ray BLURTON. The George Blurton family moved to California by 1919.

Searching for descendants of Peter G. PARKS and Charlotte LAMB. Peter was born 1807 in Vermont. Census records claim both parents were also born in Vermont. Married Charlotte Lamb in early 1820's. She was born 1805 in New York. Parents of at least 12 children: Janette, Jerome, Jane, Lozette/Lorritta, Lucinda, Minerva (all born in New York; James, (born in Michigan) Oscar, Morris, Aurilla, Nathan, Peter Jr., and Alford (born in Illinois). Charlotte died prior to 1880. Peter Sr. died in Lamar in 1891. Family members were in Lamar by 1890 at the latest. Associated names include DONNELLY, JOHNSON, LAUGHLIN/MCLAUGHLIN, MCNALLY/MCNELLY and NUGENT. Would like to contact any descendants. Have information to share.

I am searching for a family by the name of DEAN who lived in Mindenmines, in the 1850's to 1890's. Nettie Belle KELSEY, born July 4, 1879 in Missouri married a MR. / DEAN, about 1895-1898. They had at least two boys. Nettie KELSEY was the daughter of James and Margaret CAMPBELL KELSEY who married on February 10, 1867 in Princeton, Mercer County, Missouri. Their other children, siblings of Nettie's were Mary Ellen, James Albert, William E. Michael, Georgia Anna, Frances, Elmer,And Gertrude. Mr.DEAN removed himself and the sons and Nettie never saw these boys again. In 1901, Nettie remarried, Ethel KETHCART SHARP, and their first born son Edward Elmer SHARP was born in Mulberry, Kansas, just across the line from Mindenmines,Missouri on March 7 or 9th, 1904. Two more children were born in Missouri, and then the family moved to Montrose Colorado about 1910. By 1913, the SHARP family had moved to Somerset, Gunnison County, Colorado, where the rest of the children were born, and there they lived and died. Two sisters of the children of Nettie and Ethel SHARP remain. They know little of their half brothers the DEAN boys. I have information, i.e. children's lists and dates behind these generations, but I would like to locate these two little DEAN Boys. I am not related to the Sharps except by marriage, both of the Sharp sisters, Nina and Ruth and their brother Elmer married two brother and a sister of my Mother's Emmons family.
