Members are now working on two projects

Oral Histories will be recorded of our county's 80 year olds. A digital recorder and voice recognition software have been purchased and a list of questions to ask during the interview is being determined. Plan on taking part in this exciting project.

Several local cemeteries are being inventoried and pictures taken of the headstones to create a cemetery database. This exciting project will allow researchers to access the inscriptions and pictures of their family burials online. Several cemeteries will be added to this site soon.

Next meeting will be January 20th
at 2:00 pm
at the Mary K. Finley Library
