|---|
The federal census for Bollinger County was first taken in 1860 and exsists for each enumeration through 1920, with the exception of the 1890 population schedule which was lost. The 1890 census of Union Soldiers and Widows does exist. The census is one of the most readily available resource for the genealogist and one of the most valuable. Some census exist in book form but all of it exists on microfilm. Your local library or Family History Center should be able to help you obtain the particular roll of film for your desired year and county enumeration district. | |||
