ANTIOCH CEMETERY - Trying to locate the burial place of my great grandmother, Ida Mae Miley (nee Query) who died sometime between 1917 and 1920 while passing through Missouri to her home in Petersburg, IN, on a train. In the family Bible was a notation on a piece of paper of Antioch Church and Poplar Bluff. Oral history said she was taken off the train at Sheehan Switch near Oxly in Ripley County, but believed to be buried in a cemetery by a church on a hill near Poplar Bluff. At one time, a photo of a grandson kneeling by her grave marker existed, but cannot be located now. We have been researching this since the late 1960's without success. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions as to a place that matches the description of this mystery cemetery, I would be so grateful. Thanks.
I am hoping to find an obituary for Eda Miller who died in Poplar Bluff in Nov, 1970. Also any info about her children James, Everett, Evelyn, Mary, Eunice or Emma Or husband Earl T.

Lemuel Mills was a school teacher in Butler Co back in the 1880s . He
also took orphans for the county. Does anyone know this man . When he
died or if he was required to keep any records. About Jan 1884 he took
charge of a James , Elizabeth , and William Holder. Elizabeth Holder
married Rube Northcutt in 1894 and Lemuel gave his consent as Guardian.
William married Elizabeth Turpin in 1889 when he was over legal age ,
and did not require a guardian. I am trying to find something on James.
Thank You
James

Butler County Railroad Accident of 1918. I am looking for information
on the railroad accident that happened in 1918. James Henry Millstead
was apparently killed in this accident and I am looking for information
on him. He would have been my Great Grandfather. I do know that his
place of death was Broseley, Missouri and he is buried in Brownwood,
Missouri. His date of death was registered as November 5, 1918. Any
help that you can lend would be greatly appreciated, as I live in
Michigan and I don't have a chance to get to Missouri to do any
research. Thank you for any help.
