My ancestor was Joshua MORRIS. I know he mrd Luvizey HYATT, may have m2 to a Harriett and know for a fact he m Martha Lorene HUFF (aka RAINEY as in Lo-Rainey). Martha Lorene HUFF was b. abt. 1849 in TN. I've been told she m1 Morris and m2 Parcus but I don't have proof. Joshua was on 1860 Reynolds Co., MO census; 1870 and 1880 Shannon Co., MO census. Some of their ch married in Carter Co., MO. Joshua and Martha Lorene's ch: Mariah Caroline (b. 1866), Sarah Hettie (MINE - b. 1869 at Paint Rock), Mary E., Sabra (Sadie - b. 1870), Alfred, Julia A. (m. a Womack), and Ruth. Of course, I have an uncle who claims there is a family story that we are related to Robert Morris, Signer of the Declaration of Independence but I've never found the connection. Joshua's parents are supposed to be Moses Morris, Jr. and Susannah Morris. Can anyone help me with Joshua Morris?

Maude died young and Earl remarried and moved to Garwood, MO. My main interest in Earl is a girl he is said to have adopted and raised, whose given name was Pearl Videllia Surname unknown, but she was born in Chandler, OK in 1907. Anything you can help us with on Earl and Pearl Videllia would be deeply appreciated

ASHLOCK, Theodore "Dora" b. 29 Feb 1880 in Carter Co., MO, married Mary Olive "Ollie" O'DELL (dau of George Samuel O'DELL and Sarah Ann WOODARD)on 22 Aug 1900. Theodore and Mary Olive had 8 children: Edith who married _____Lewis and then Elmer Wagner; Vertie who married Audie JOHNSON; Verble "Bate"; Esther Pauline (1924-1930); Mapel "Bill" who married Luster GRAVES; Thelma who married Bus Benett; Walter (my grandfather) b. 15 Sep 1901 in Van Buren, Carter Co., MO and married Nella Margaret REYNOLDS in 1923, and Massie Irene (who lived 2 hours). I believe Theodore ASHLOCK had at least 2 brothers, Dallas and Brady. Can anyone help me? I only have information from the 1910 Carter Co., Jackson Twp Census to help me find Theodore's parents: It states that they were both born in Kentucky. Any ASHLOCK info would be welcomed!

I am trying to find my great aunt Pearl GREEN. She was born 1890 in Carter
Co. She married D C DAWSON in 1906 and had a son named Fearl/Ferril DAWSON who
was born 1907 Fearl died 1962. I also think that Feral may have been raised by
my great grandparents, Robert and Martha GREEN. Pearl later went on the marry
Edgar O'DELL in 1911 and then married Benjamin VINEYARD in 1913. I have found
her in the US Census in 1920 in Reynolds County with Ben and 3 little boys. I
need to find where she may be buried or any other family members that may be
currently living.

AR. Children: Dewey b about 1911; Arley b about 10-1913; Marvin b 11-5-1915 in Mt. Ida,
Montgomery Co, AR; Ivan b 1916 or 1917; Mamie b 10-9-1918 in Langley, Pike Co, AR. After
Oley's death, family moved to Sobol, Pushmataha Co, OK about 1930. Marvin WILLIAMS was
my father. Would like any information in order to further trace ancestors.

Sarah J and Nancy were living with William BROWN and Sally Jane JOHNSTON BROWN in Stone County MO in 1880. Will might have been with the TUCKERS in AR. I am the granddaughter of Henry Swafford b. 4-21-1907 died 12-15-83, married Maggie (Madgie) Ford b. 7-5-1906. I would like information on my grandfather's parents, and information on my grandmother's mother's family. Did that make sense? I have information on the Ford side, I'm curious about the Stevens. I think they may have been originally from somewhere in Tennessee. I am also the ggranddaughter of Floyd Boyer b. Nov 9, 1902 d. Sept 19, 1987, married Delia P. Dalton on 14 Aug 1920. Delia was b 1904 and d 1971. I am interested in any information you can find on either side. I am also the ggranddaughter of Rinaldo (Nall) FARMER b. 11/29/1878, married Fern Iva OREN b. 2/28/1908 from Carthage, MO. I have information on the OREN side, but nothing on the Farmer side. I believe that she was buried at the cemetary at Mt. Carmel church on K highway, but I don't know the date. I think she was pretty young.
