SURNAMES: FRAZER/FRAZIER, WHALEN
Emma FRAZER, daughter of Daniel T. FRAZIER (b. 27 FEB 1843 in Tennessee and d. 8 DEC 1921) married Francis Marion WHALEN in Van Buren, MO on 18 NOV 1888. Emma and Francis M. gave birth to Lola WHALEN, my grandmother, on 6 FEB 1893. Six years later, Emma FRAZIER died in 1899 and Francis Marion WHALEN took young Lola to Ohio County, KY. He there married an Arbuckle. I'm having luck tracing FRAZIERS but my WHALEN ancestors seem not to be from MO. I can't find his death records in KY, either.

I have been searching for my great-uncle Homer Madux (Bud) White and came across the Carter County Marriages 1898 - 1927 where I found a Homer White married Lizzie McBay on 6 Oct. 1919. Do you have any information that may tie this Homer to the one I am looking for? His parents were Lucius or Lucious S. White and Laura Pearl Moore White Banner. The parents divorced when he was very young and she married a Banner and moved to Texas where the family left in Florida (where Homer was born) lost contact. We found my husband's grandfather, grandmother and 2 oldest siblings on the Carter County 1900 Pike Township Census. My husband's dad was born July 28,1900 to Grant Weaver and Elizabeth Riley Weaver. They had moved there from Douglas County. Grant and his father, Jacob were in the timber business. We are looking for birth records or any other info on the family in that area. Thank you. Millie KING MEAD is a sister to my grandmother Bessie KING MEAD JOHNSON. My grandmother married first Matthew MEAD, and second Edward Jackson "Jack" JOHNSON. Millie A. and Bessie KING are the daughters of Joseph KING and Rosella Jane JONES. Avery L. MEAD is buried at Masonic & Van Buren Cemetery in Carter County, Missouri.
