FARMER CEMETERY

Located North of Camdenton on Highway 5, drive across Niangua Bridge (first bridge) then go about 1.6 miles to Lake Road 5-65;  turn right (only way you can turn) and go 1.1 miles and the cemetery is on the right side of the road.  Picture of intersection directly across from cemetery below.  Margaret and I hunted for some time for this one, and finally stopped and asked.  The man knew where it was and before telling us where it was he said "it's the one that everyone steals their Yucca Plants from."   There were plenty of them to go around.  Cemetery is not kept up.  Had to pull some weeds to take pictures, or flatten them, a lot of them as high as 2 feet.  Many large rocks to mark burial places with no identification anywhere.  Some stones were broken and parts missing.  There were also three places that had sunk down quite a bit, but no stone or rock to mark if it was a grave or not, but suspect so.    Cemetery pictures and intersection sign at the bottom of list.     Listing made September 23, 2002
