C hristian County: Its First 100 Years


Joe Hall rests beside picturesque Sprout Spring, near Nixa, where travelers in the horse-and-buggy days seldom failed to stop for refreshment. The spring has withstood the years with little change.	The Riverdale Bridge and mill on Finley Creek (below), southeast of Nixa, were imposing stuctures in the early part of the present century. The mill has been removed but the bridge and dam still exist.
