| This cemetery is on the grounds of the Hunter Memorial Presbyterian Church on the corner of Allen Boulevard and Wakefield Street in Sikeston, Scott County, MO. The cemetery is well maintained, however several of the headstones are beginning to show their age. The stone for Ida Hunter and her infant son is in especially deteriorated condition. According to the minister at the church, this cemetery may be the oldest known cemetery in the bootheel region of Missouri. |
