Post #8463 and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #3957 both in Cape Coral; Surviors include his wife of 22 years, Helen of Cape Coral, two daughters Susan C. Bockes, Kansas City, MO and Mary Jo Mundell and husband Walter of Wheaton, TX, two stepsons Paul McCarthy, Lumberville, PA and David McCarthy and wife Sandra of Hopkinton, MA, one sister Gertrude Frese of St. Louis, MO, six grandchildren and 24 nieces and nephews.
