In memory of Lucy Hubbard, wife of Elisha Patterson, born March 13, 1790, died Nov. 3, 1876.

Lucy Hubbard married Elisha Patterson, the son of John Patterson, Sr. on January 9, 1806. They had fourteen children.

On page 16 the second class formed by John Clark included Elisha and Lucy Hubbard Patterson, William and Asenith Patterson, John and Jane Sanders, Polly Patterson, Gilbert Hodge and wife, Allen Mannon and wife, John and Penelope Brown, Amy James, and Sallie Jamieson. Elisha Patterson was the chosen Class Leader, and the William Patterson Home was the meeting place.

Berrymore it was said that this Christian woman (nee Hubbard) was the most remarkable with whom I have met in the ordinary walks of life. She was born in Virginia March 13 1790 migrated with her father when a child, stopping for a short time in Kentucky"
