William's first wife, Laura Virginia FOSTER, died in childbirth in 1895 when Laura Virginia KELLY was born. William & Sarah had a daughter Sarah Elizabeth KELLY born Jul 1900 in Jefferson City, Cole County, then a son Robert Kendall KELLY born 1902 between Maysville and Weatherby in DeKalb County.
