Surnames: SMITH
Submitter: Gloria N. Padach (seamore@earthlink.net)
Date: 06 Oct 1998

Andrerson Smith of DeKalb Co. who settled in 1832.

If you are using the two books by Roselie C. Smith on this Smith family, for your lineage, use with care.
The early information of Yorkshire, England has been found to be questionable. The Hopewell, NJ (1677 - 1735) lineage for the progenitor of Anderson Smith, Sr. and Jr., which was given is wrong. The Rowan Co. NC, lineage also has errors.
If interested in corrected documented information please contact me.
