IŽ trying to locate a Ross James Turner who would be my husbandŽ
grandfather. We donŽ know much about him because he left when my
father-in-law was 2 years old. All we have is a marriage
certificate, He married Geraldine Louise Smith (Clinton County)
in 1929. They divorced in 1933. My father-in-law just knew that
his fatherŽ family was from Plattsburg, MO. However the marriage
certificate indicates Clinton County so I believe this should be
DeKalb County. Any information on this person or his family would
be appreciated. I donŽ know who old he was at the time of
marriage. The certificate just indicates he was over the age of
21. Carol Turner
