Mrs. Cordelia (Rodgers) Collins, Hilt, 81, of Leachville,
formely of Granite City, died at a Memphis at 2 p.m. Thursday
13, 1986. Ill six months, she hospitalized the past 2-1/2
months.
Born Feb. 8, 1905, in Hornersville Mo., Mrs. Hilt resided here for twenty nine (29)years. She was of the Baptist faith.
Preceding her in death were her frist husband, Harry Nunnery, on 13, 1965. and her second husband, Vernon Collins, on March 25, 1982. A daughter, Nadine Clayton, died Sept. 11, 1955.
Among the survivors are her husband, Floyd L. Hilt; a son, `Leonard Nunnery of Granite City; six daughters, Barbara J. Johnson, Lou Anne Hoskins and Dee Kronschnabel, all of Granite City, Naomi C. Mathis of Dover, 1Tenn., Ocle L. Pierce of Leachville, Ark., and Bea M. Buck of Inverness, Fla.; 24 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchrildren.
Services were Sunday, March 16, at 2:30 P.M. in Howard Funeral Service Champel of Leachville with burial in Leachville, Cenetery.
Pallbearers were Eddie Bolar, Sr., Eddie Bolar, Jr., Frankie Pierce, Jr., Curtis Puckett, Larry Ballard and Mark Johnson.
