Washington's Firehouse Museum, 520 West Fifth (corner of Fifth and Stafford), Washington, Missouri 63090, 636-390-0469. Open Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The operation of this museum falls under the auspices of the Washington Historical Society.

Franklin County Cemetery Society. This group of dedicated workers has repaired headstones and cleared and cleaned smaller cemeteries in Franklin County.
