The cemetery in Brownington, Osage Township, Henry County Missouri, is located of the south side of BB Hwy. The part to the east of the drive is known as the Old Brownington Cemetery. In 1904 Charles A. Rickett, undertaker, started the new cemetery of Maplewood on the west side of the drive. The records contained in these pages were transcribed from the original burial record books of these two cemeteries, recorded by Mr. Rickett from 1910 to 1953. Mr. Rickett wrote very clearly, but his spelling was not the best. Every effort was made to copy the names exactly as entered. Be sure to check every conceivable variation of the surnames you are looking for. The listings include:
