POLK COUNTY MUSEUM
The Auditorium, located on the second floor of the Museum, is the largest room in the Museum and contains many interesting items. These include 1897 choir chairs, a pump organ, an 1800s mourners' bench, several Bibles dating from 1805, a tribute to Simon Bolivar, medical and optical instruments, including an iron lung, and even some stuffed wildlife.
