Martin Kee and his wife, Sarah Binney Kee, lived in Jasper County in the 1840s. He was a Justice of the Peace in Jasper County. Martin and Sarah had nine children: Nancy (md Robert Lewis); Mary Jane (md. Austin Peppers); Joshua Benjamin (md. Sarah Elizabeth Arnold); Samuel (md. Margaret Turner); John Scott (md. Charlotte Walton); Benjamin Binney (md. Susan Elizabeth Zellers); Aaron (I believe born and died 1840); Hannah (md. Brad Meredith); and Sarah (born and died 1844).

Family legend says Martin "hanged himself in his own barn" on "the old Miller place near Carthage."

Any help on this family would be appreciated. I would especially like to have Martin's parents and siblings.
