These adoption deeds were located while researching cemeteries in the Warranty Deed Books at the Jefferson County, Missouri Courthouse Archive Room. I realized that most researchers would not look for adoption records in a Warranty Deed book. They are scattered throughout the many books with no pattern to the listings. More will be added when located.
