1870 Johnson County, Missouri Census Chilhowee Township The 1870 Census Microfilm M593-784 for Johnson County Mo. is extremely hard to read for several reasons. The main ones being terrible penmanship and poor spelling . There are several different enumerators for each township which is the reason for out of sequence family and dwelling numbers. Page numbers are microfilm page numbers and are in order. This is not the final transcription. As soon as this is proofread by the Johnson County Site, a new transcription will be posted.
