NOEL, being of sound mind and disposing memory, yet growing old and being in declining health, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made. First:- I direct that my executrix hereinafter named, shall first pay any and all indebtidness that may become due and payale against my estate, including the expense of my last sickness and burial, out of any money remaining and on hand, belonging to my said estate. Second:-All the rest, residue and remainder of my said estate, whether the same shall be real, personal or mixed, I hereby devise and bequeath to mt beloved daughter, ETHEL B.(NOEL) SANDERS, my only daughter and child, should she survive my decease, to have, hold and enjoy, as her absolute property, forever; but should my said daughter die before my decease then I will and wish that all of my said property shall, at my decease, pass to and vest, absolutely, in the heirs of her body, share and share alike, but, in the event there shall be none of the said persons surviving at the time of my death, to take and inherit my said estate, that and in that event, I direct that the said estate shall pass to and vest in my heirs at law. Third:-I hereby nominate and appoint my said daughter, ETHEL B. SANDERS, executrix of this my said will, and direct that she be permitted to execute the same without bond. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 3rd day of October, 1911. Signed by the said JOSEPH E. NOEL, on the day and date therein names, in the presence of us, he declaring the same to be his last will and testament, who in his presence, at his request, and in the presence of each other, have signed our names hereto as witnesses thereof.
