..It is getting near Christmas times, and I want you to remember where I live. I will tell you some of the things I would like to have. In the first place I want some nice books, and if you have nay you might bring me some of Miss Louisa M. Alcott's books. You needn't mind about bring me a doll because I have one that is not very old and it will do for a while. I have been looking around a great deal for presents, and have found that they have a great display of them. Yours truly.
