F., was instituted by J. McLellan, D. D. G. M. The dispensation
was issued March 1, 1870. The charter bears date May 19, 1870, and
the charter members were John Shannon, E. H. Tucker, Henry Nicol,
Alex. D. Leighton, John Reed, Jno. W. Wallace, Carl Eberly, C. C.
Lee, and R. F. Dickson. The first officers
were John Shannon, N. G.; John Reed, V. G.; A. D. Leighton,
secretary; H. Nicol, treasurer. The present officers are I. R.
Huggins, N. G.; Fred Miller, V. G.; August Gansz, secretary; Jacob
H. Ealy, treasurer. I. E. Huggins is representative of district
No. 21. The present number of members is 52.
