Jimmie D. Coy
Compatriot Coy is an osteopathic medical doctor and a retired U.S. Army Colonel. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics and the Chief of Diagnostic Radiology at the Harry S. Truman VA Hospital and Associate Professor at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He continues as a medical consultant for the U.S. Army Special Operations Command.
Colonel Coy has been awarded numerous military decorations and awards including the air assault and parachute badges. His decorations include the Order of Military Medical Merit and the "A" proficiency designation from the Army Medical Department.
He is the author of several books and a frequent lecturer at international medical conferences and other meetings on medical, military, and religious subjects. Jim and his wife Vicki are active in their church and in ministry work. Dr. Coy's patriot ancestor(s) are John Coy Sr. and John Coy Jr. The Coy's served with the Maryland Milita. Dr. Coy's web page
