Her parents were George Sullivan and Aslee Betts. Alo (known through life as Peggy) had a sister Velma. I would appreciate any information on this family.

John D. was married to America Upshaw in 10 Jan 1892. The father of these siblings was possibly buried in Oregon Co MO.or in Ripley Co. He lived with his wife, a MARTEN, near Fourche Creek.

Was married to Ralph Harley McMillen born 1891 Shelby County, Illinois. Harley as grandmother Bernice and her sister Neva called him worked for Wonderbread company before retirement. They had a daughter named Mary Louisa Jones and it was on her death certificate I found Jim & Frances as her parents if any one can help please do -Mary Louisa is my husbands grandmother she married Manuel Elias Weaver out of Fulton Co ar. Family members think his name may have been Ernest or George, but we don't know for sure. Baker and Mary had at least four children (all born in ARK. acc. to 1880 census): William, b. 1870/71; John, b. 1872/73; George E., b. 1885/86; Mary, b. 1878/79. Mary used the nickname Molly, married a Cyrus Carney or Carnes and lived in OK. In 1883 Mary Grindstaff BAKER married George Washington Williams in Carter co. MO, then moved to Oregon co.MO.

BAKER, GRINDSTAFF, WILLIAMS posted by Rea Trotter on Friday, September 8, 2000: George Washington WILLIAMS (b. 11 Jan. 1852 IND) mar. March 8, 1883 (2) to Mary Ellen (GRINDSTAFF- maiden name) Baker. They were married in Carter county. Their children included: Daniel Elija, b. 1883; Ruth Ellen, b. 1886; Andrew Jack, b. 1887; Lilly, b. 1889; Jesse Rhubin, b. 1890; Quilissa, b. 1892; Lon Thomas, b. 1894, Charles Watson, b. 1896. All the children were born in Oregon co., MO. George Washington, according to family stories, may have had four brothers one of whom was named Jesse. Some family members think George's father's name was Daniel, while others think it was Thomas. One believes that George's mother's maiden name was McDonald. But we have no actual documents that may provide any clues as to his parentage. We're looking for his parents and his siblings.

William Nathan Spalding was born in Oregan County in 1904. His father was HENRY EDWARD Spaulding and his mother was NANCY ELIZABETH Simpson. Henry's father was NELSON Spaulding and his grandfather was ORIGEN Spaulding. Nelson's wife was MELVINA DOGGETT. I would appreciate any information on these people or other Spaulding's that may have lived in this area. Thank You.

She had two brothers in Oregon County Missouri. The two brothers were Charles and George rice. Evelyn Rice married John Henry O'Bear, but do not know when or where. They resided in Arkansas and had three children: Virgie O'Bear who later married Silvia Ireland; Nathaniel Forrest O'Bear who married Georgia Roland, (my parents) and Raymond O'Bear who married Virginia Mihu. All three of the children moved to Illinois

They had 4 children, Melinda, Susan, Nancy, and Angeline. Angeline is my great grandmother, born abt. 1860 and married to Thomas STEWART Nov 1877. Other names connected to the Hodges are SEETS(Nancy's name from a previous marriage), ALLMOND, LAWSON. Would appreciate hearing from anyone with information on any of these names.
