Funeral services for Services were held at the First Baptist Church in Wardell, MO for Frederick Wade "JACK" Wilbanks February 18 1880 by Rev. Charles Echols. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti with Jimmy Osborn Funeral Home in charge of arrangments.
The son of the late Ambrose and Mora Lee Clayton Wilbanks was born March 4, 1899 in Ridgely, TN.
His first wife Maude Byrd Hamilton Wilbanks preceded him in death in 1964.
He married Emma Jane Letner in Cleveland, MS on Jan. 1, 1965.
He served in the U. SS. Army during World War I and was awarded the Silver Star for galantry in the service.
One son Cleatus and one daughter Meredith "Susie" Wilbanks Krouse survive
